What the tool does
A 3D tour walks the buyer through the property before the viewing. You shoot each room as a spherical panorama, link the rooms with arrows and publish the tour. The buyer opens the link, moves from room to room using the arrows and can leave an enquiry right from the tour, which lands in your CRM.
There are two ways to build a tour:
- shooting with a phone - no 360 camera needed;
- uploading ready-made panoramas from a 360 camera.
The tool is in the cabinet under AI Tools > 3D Tour. You can also start a tour from a property card with the Create tour button: that tour is linked to the property straight away. The mobile app lets you shoot, edit and publish tours too. Uploading 360° panoramas, notes and the logo are only available in the cabinet.
What it costs
Shooting, uploading panoramas and editing are free. You are charged once, when you publish the tour for the first time:
- $6.90 for a tour of up to 12 viewpoints;
- $0.40 for each viewpoint beyond twelve.
The monthly tour quota depends on your plan:

Publication comes out of your plan quota, while the extra charge for viewpoints beyond twelve is always taken from your balance. Before you publish, the panel shows the total, for example "$6.90 + 3 × $0.40". Edits and re-publishing an already published tour are free.
What you will need
- A phone with a camera, or a 360 camera if you have one.
- A tidy place with the lights on.
- 10-15 minutes on site.
How to shoot a tour with your phone
Open shooting on your phone
On your phone, press Shoot with phone. If you are at a computer, press Open on phone: a QR code appears. Point your phone camera at it and the tour draft opens straight into shooting. While the window with the code is open, it shows how many rooms have been shot so far.
Allow access
Press Start shooting and allow access to the motion sensors and the camera. Without the sensors the app cannot tell where the phone is pointing, which is why shooting does not work on laptops and some tablets.
Shoot three rounds
Stand in the middle of the room and stay on the spot. Hold the phone upright in front of your face and turn slowly: one round at eye level, one tilted up, one tilted down. Shots are taken automatically, each marked by a short vibration. The top of the screen shows how many of the 36 sectors are covered, and an arrow tells you which way to turn.
Finish the point
Once the horizon is shot and at least 75% of the sphere is covered, the Finish the point button becomes active. If you finish before the sphere is complete, the missing parts are filled in by stretching the edge and will look blurred, so it is better to finish the round: it takes under a minute.
Name the room
After assembly, the Point is ready screen appears. Type what room it is, or keep the grey suggestion: the app tries to recognise a kitchen, bedroom or hallway on its own.
Move on to the next room
Press Shoot the next room and repeat. When all rooms are shot, press Done for now: the tour editor opens.
The previous point should be visible from each new one: that is how the rooms get linked together. In a large room take two or three points, and shoot the connecting hallways too.
What ruins a tour
- Shooting from a corner: a wall too close breaks the stitch.
- Turning too fast: the frames do not meet, and the screen shows the Slower hint.
- A dark room: noise eats the detail.
- People in frame: they end up in the tour and in the public link.
If the tab goes to the background or the connection drops, the shots are not lost: shooting picks up where you stopped.
How to build a tour from 360° panoramas
Press Upload from 360 camera on the tool page or Add panoramas in the editor and choose the files, several at once if you like. Each panorama becomes a viewpoint.
File requirements:

If the files include an ordinary image that is not 2:1, the first such image becomes the floor plan, as long as the tour does not have one yet.
Files that were not accepted are listed with the reason: not a 360 panorama, resolution too low, unsupported format, file too large, viewpoint limit reached, or the image could not be read. The remaining files still upload.
Tour editor
The editor opens from the tour card. The list of viewpoints is on the left, a live preview in the middle and properties on the right. Changes save on their own, there is no separate save button.
Viewpoints
- Drag viewpoints to change their order. The tour starts from the first viewpoint in the list.
- Delete viewpoint removes it together with its panorama.
- The Incomplete panorama badge means only part of the sphere was shot. The Seams need attention badge means the frames did not align well and objects may look doubled. In both cases it is best to reshoot the point.
Viewpoint properties
- Room name - what the buyer sees in the tour.
- Horizon, Tilt and Brightness - sliders to level and brighten the panorama.
- Opening view - turn the panorama and press Start from here: the buyer will start looking around the point from this angle.
Moving between rooms
In the Ways out section, pick the viewpoint to go to and click the spot on the panorama where the arrow should stand.
The Link automatically button places the arrows for you once the tour has at least two viewpoints. It is free, but it replaces arrows you placed by hand, so check the result.
Notes
Press Add note and click the spot on the panorama it refers to. A note has a Title, Details and an optional Link: use it to point out new appliances, the view from a window or a renovation.
Whole tour
- Tour name - shown on the start screen.
- Property - links the tour to a property from your catalogue.
- Add floor plan - the plan shows buyers where they are. The mini map appears in the tour once at least two viewpoints are marked on the plan.
- Add logo underfoot - a PNG or WebP image that covers the photographer at the bottom of every panorama.
Publishing and the link
Publish the tour
The Publish the tour panel shows the amount to be charged. Press Publish. You need at least one viewpoint, and all viewpoints must be assembled.
Share the link
After publishing you get the Link to the tour plus the Copy link and Copy embed code buttons. The code embeds the tour on your website in its own window.
Track views
The same panel shows the number of views and how many viewpoints visitors go through on average.
After making changes, press Update the link: the changes appear at the same link, with no charge.
Viewing password
Without a password, anyone who has the link can open the tour. In the Viewing password section, set a password of at least 4 characters, and viewers will have to enter it first. Remove password opens the tour to everyone again.
What the buyer sees
- A start screen with the tour name, the number of viewpoints and a Watch the tour button.
- Panoramas they move between using arrows. On a phone the tour turns as the device turns, with zoom and full screen.
- A mini map of the floor plan showing where they are.
- An Enquire button: name plus email or phone. The enquiry goes into your CRM and you get a notification.
- A checked price badge, if the tour is linked to a property that has an express valuation.
Where else the tour appears
- Property card in the cabinet - a 3D tour block with Open tour and Copy link buttons and the view count.
- PDF presentation - a QR code with the caption "Scan to walk through the property in 3D".
- Flyers and creatives - the QR code can lead to the tour.
A password-protected tour is not included in PDF presentations or flyers.
Archive
Archive moves the tour off the In work tab, and its link stops opening immediately. Nothing is deleted: on the Archive tab you can Restore the tour. After restoring it, press Publish: the link stays the same and you are not charged again.
If something went wrong

If a viewpoint could not be assembled, it is removed from the tour and you are not charged for it.
