What it is
AI Avatar builds a video presentation of your property with a presenter in the frame. The presenter reads out your text over photos of the property, and you control who speaks, how they sit in the frame and how the subtitles look.
The presenter can come from the built-in library, or you can make your own from a photo.
Check your wallet balance before you start: the price is shown before generation and charged to your balance.
The three steps of the form
The form is split into three steps, each with its own job.
Step 1. What we show
Pick a property from your catalog. Then fill in Property description - this is the text the presenter will read, up to 3000 characters. Next to it is Language: the text can be translated into another language right in the form, without rewriting it by hand.
Step 2. Who speaks
Choose your presenter. The My row holds your own photo avatars, below it are the platform's ready-made avatars. You can also create a new photo avatar from here, without leaving the form.
Step 3. Design
This is where everything about the look of the video is set: the placement preset, the background, video settings and subtitles. The step collapses if you are happy with the defaults.
Your own photo avatar
To turn your own face into a presenter, open the My Avatars tab:
- Upload a Photo with a face - front facing, even lighting, the face clearly visible
- Enter a name for the avatar so you can recognise it in the list
- Confirm the consent to use the image
You can Rename avatar at any time. The number of your own avatars is limited: once you reach the limit, the cabinet says so and suggests deleting one you no longer need. The tab shows how many avatars you have created out of those available.
Placing the presenter in the frame
The presenter is not nailed to a corner. The frame preview shows how the video will look, and you can adjust the placement by hand:
- drag the avatar in the frame to position it
- pull the corner handle to resize it
- Reset to preset brings back the standard placement
When position and size are set by hand, the cabinet says so in a separate hint - clicking a preset restores the standard. The presets are still there: Avatar Size (small, medium, large) and Avatar Position (left, center, right) work as before.
Background
In the Background block, choose what sits behind the presenter:
- None - no background
- White - a plain backdrop
- Photo - a single photo of the property
- Slideshow - photos of the property change during the video
- Video - a video of the property
- Upload - your own file
Backgrounds that take material from the property become available once a property is selected in step 1.
Video settings
The Video Settings block sets the frame format:
- Portrait 9:16 - stories and vertical feeds
- Square 1:1 - social media feed
- Landscape 16:9 - website, presentation, YouTube
Voiceover
The voice is picked from the library, with a filter by gender and language. If you need a particular voice or your own delivery, use your own audio instead of a synthesised voice: record it from the microphone right in the cabinet, or upload a file up to 50 MB.
Subtitles
Subtitles are switched on separately. The style is picked from the ready-made ones: Classic, Neon, Gold. Customize manually opens up colors and the gradient if you need an exact match with your brand.
My videos
Finished videos live on the My videos tab. Each one can be viewed, downloaded and shared by link.
The card of a finished video has Repeat in another language: the footage stays the same, only the voiceover and subtitles are rebuilt.
Start with a short text and a ready-made avatar, look at the result, and only then build your own photo avatar and a longer video.
Where to find it
