Why Verification Matters
Verification confirms who you are and opens parts of the platform. There are two levels: primary opens the wallet and the catalog, professional opens the working sections for people who work in the real estate market.
Primary Verification
It completes on its own once two conditions are met:
- Your email is confirmed: after registering, click the link in the email.
- Your personal details are filled in: first and last name in Latin letters, country, language of communication; city and phone are optional.
After that you see Congratulations, your primary verification is successfully completed. Top-ups, withdrawals and browsing the property catalog open up.
Professional Verification
The second level is for people who work in the market: brokers, sellers, developers, agencies and organizations. Start it in My profile, the Verification tab, the Start verification button.
Choose whom you represent
Real estate market participant, Company or Organization, then one or more roles on the platform.
Fill in the professional details
Specialization, years of experience, number of deals and a description; for a company - name, specialization, services, headcount and a contact person. Up to five education records and up to five licenses with their numbers are optional.
Send the form
After sending you see Community form sent, and a moderator checks the form.
If the check fails, your profile shows Profile did not pass moderation and a list of Necessary corrections. Fix what is listed and send the form again; if it is unclear what to fix, write to support.
No passport or ID photos are uploaded for verification. The dashboard asks for a passport number in one place only - when you sign the reward agreement with the platform, which is needed to work with leads.
What Each Level Provides

Profile Completeness
Besides verification, the platform tracks how complete your profile is: an indicator shows the share of filled-in fields. The fuller the profile - specialization, experience, education, licenses - the higher it ranks in community search.
