What the GREM AI tools are
GREM Capital gives you a set of AI tools for real estate work: build the listing, justify the price, spread it across channels, and keep the client moving. They all live in the cabinet on the Tools page - the only complete showcase, where you see both the price of an action and what is left on your plan.
You pay from your GREM wallet balance. With a subscription, the monthly plan quota is spent first; once it runs out, the tool keeps working at the pay-as-you-go price.

The prices above are pay-as-you-go. On a subscription the same actions come out of the plan's monthly quota: see exactly how many on the plans and pricing page and in the limit widget on each tool's page.
Three more things are billed as separate actions: a neighbourhood market report ($1.50), a language variant of a finished listing ($3), and a landing page for a collection of properties ($5, refreshing its description $0.50). The full price list is in Pay-as-you-go.
Usage limits
How many runs you get depends on your plan. The exact limit for each tool is shown on the tool's own page in the limit widget, and on the plans and pricing page.
When the plan limit is used up, you can keep working in pay-as-you-go mode: every operation is charged to the wallet balance at a fixed price. Daily limits, where they exist, reset at 00:00 UTC.
All AI tools are paid from the GREM wallet balance. Make sure the balance covers the action before you start.
Languages and currencies
Texts, presentations, sites and flyers are produced in ten languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Azerbaijani, Arabic, French, Chinese and Turkish. The language of the result does not depend on your cabinet language - you pick it in the tool's form.
Prices inside documents are shown in eight currencies: USD, UAH, EUR, AZN, GBP, AED, CNY, TRY. Exchange rates update automatically.
Getting started
- Sign in to the cabinet and open the Tools page.
- Make sure the wallet has funds, or that your plan still has quota.
- Pick a tool and follow the steps on its page.
What the app does not have yet
The mobile app covers thirteen of the fifteen tools. Rent valuation and the bio link are still cabinet-only. Everything else - the generators, the valuations and publishing - works from the phone: The GREM Capital mobile app.
