September opens with two new sections for brokers, a major publisher update and two new interface languages.
What's new
Market feed
A new section gathers the events of your market: price drops of 3 % or more, new listings and closed deals - sold and rented. Filters by country, city, deal type and a period of 7, 30 or 90 days. The Daily digest by email switch sends a selection once a day at 08:30, days without events are skipped. Deal prices are shown to verified brokers.

Missed contacts
A buyer who reveals your phone on a listing page answers whether they managed to get through. The answers are gathered in one dialog: reached, no answer, wrong number, listing doesn't exist, fraud, rude. The share of calls that got through over 90 days is shown in your public profile as your reachability score.

Publisher: formats, hashtags and the AI assistant
A post now has a Format: post, story, Reels / Shorts, carousel, thread or poll, with a 9:16 preview for stories. Hashtags are kept in sets and suggested from the listing, and the AI assistant bar writes, shortens, translates and rewrites the text for a specific network. Photos are cropped for each network in the editor, and a story is built from a photo, a headline, the price and the address in a single frame. Telegram has its own post settings: silent, media under spoiler, pin after posting, poll; a published post can be edited and deleted from the platform right from the card. The card shows views, reactions, comments and shares.

Chinese and Turkish interface languages
The cabinet is available in Simplified Chinese and Turkish. That makes ten interface languages in total.

Property finances and the calculator
A property card now carries the owner's expenses: insurance, management, property tax, repairs and reserve. A rental lists utility payments or a note that they are included in the rent, a residential complex lists instalment terms. The property page calculates investment metrics, and the property data goes into the mortgage and yield calculator in one click. Expenses in the calculator are entered as a single amount or by line.

A first result right after sign-up
The link in the email confirmation message opens the cabinet straight away, and the first screen, Where to start, leads to a result without filling in a form. Signing in through a social network or Google One Tap also counts as registration and comes with the free plan.
Improvements
- Up to 50 photos for a property, a rental and a residential complex, files up to 20 MB; heavy photos are compressed before upload, and the upload progress is visible in the form.
- Property forms gained condition, house type, equipment and accessibility, and verified listings carry the Verified badge.
- The property name is shown in the interface language in page headers and list cards.
- In the content generator, the clip's background music and closing slide can be set, and the voiceover and subtitles can be previewed in the result card.
- Notifications arrive in Arabic and French on a par with the other cabinet languages.
- The cabinet opens faster: only your language is loaded on the first visit.
- Files from the cabinet download on iPhone and in the built-in browsers of messengers.
