What it is
Achievements are the platform's goals and the rewards for reaching them. The page opens from the cabinet home screen, in the quick actions block, under Achievements.
Every achievement shows its progress: how much of the target is already done. Completed ones are marked Earned, the rest In progress.
The kinds of goals

| Leads | 5 leads, 25 leads, 100 leads, your own 28-day lead record |
| Deals | First deal, 3 deals, 10 deals, the total value of closed deals |
| Activity | A streak of four consecutive weeks |
How progress is counted
- Listings count when published; drafts do not count.
- Floor plans count by listings that have at least one plan.
- Leads - every lead you received.
- Deals - only those closed through the platform.
- The streak counts consecutive weeks with activity on the platform.
Rewards
Achievements hand out useful things rather than badges for their own sake:
- a badge on your profile;
- free social posts;
- free floor plans;
- free runs of paid actions;
- a 14-day trial of the paid AI tools.
What a particular goal gives is written on its card in the Reward line.
