What an agency is
An agency is a shared workspace for a real estate agency team. In it the owner and the team members work together: they keep a shared base of leads, use a shared wallet and see the overall performance of the team.
An agency suits brokerage companies that want to bring several agents together under one brand and manage their work from a single place.
Personal and agency workspace
There are two types of workspace in the system:
- Personal workspace - your own cabinet. Here are your own listings, leads, wallet and settings. Every user has one.
- Agency workspace - the shared workspace of the team. Here are the shared leads, the shared agency wallet and the tools for managing the team.
You can switch between these workspaces at any time. Their data is separate: whatever you do in the agency workspace is paid from the agency wallet, not from your personal one.
The "Agency" section appears in the side menu only while you are in the agency workspace. In the personal workspace this section is not shown.
How to switch between workspaces
Open the workspace switcher
In the cabinet find the workspace switcher (usually next to your profile name) and click it.
Choose a workspace
From the list choose your personal workspace or the agency you belong to.
Work in the chosen workspace
After switching, the interface refreshes. If you moved into the agency workspace, the "Agency" section appears in the side menu.
The agency menu
While you are in the agency workspace, an "Agency" group appears in the side menu with the following sections:
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Overall performance of the agency |
| Members | The list of team members and managing them |
| Lead Pool | The shared leads of the agency |
| Reports | Detailed statistics and results |
| Wallet | The shared balance of the agency |
| Routing Rules | How incoming leads are distributed (owner or manager only) |
| Settings | Agency settings (owner only) |
| Brand page | The public page of your agency |
Who should use it
An agency is useful if:
- you manage a team of several agents and want to see their work in one place;
- you want incoming leads to be distributed among agents automatically;
- you want to pay for the team's work from a single shared balance;
- you need combined performance figures across the whole team.
If you work on your own, a personal workspace is enough.
