How to Top Up Your Balance

Topping up your balance is done through the payment system. The process takes a few minutes.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Wallet section in your dashboard
  2. Click the "Top Up" button
  3. Enter the top-up amount in the dialog
  4. Enter your bank card details
  5. Confirm the payment
  6. Funds are credited to your wallet balance

Payment Methods

Top-ups are available via bank cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Top-Up Statuses

Each top-up goes through a sequence of statuses:

StatusDescription
NewTop-up request created
PendingPayment awaiting confirmation
ProcessingPayment is being processed by the payment system
SuccessPayment completed, funds credited to balance
FailedPayment failed (card error or decline)
DeclinedPayment declined by the payment system

Typically, a top-up completes within a few seconds after payment confirmation. In rare cases, processing may take up to a few minutes.

What to Do If Payment Fails

If an error occurs during payment:

  • Check that your card has sufficient funds
  • Make sure your card supports online payments
  • Try a different card
  • Contact support if the problem persists

A failed top-up does not charge your card. You can try again at any time.

Where to View Top-Up History

All top-ups are displayed in the transaction history with the "Incoming" type.

Minimum and maximum top-up amounts are defined by the system. If you see an error when entering an amount, check the allowed range.

The saved card and auto top-up

After the first successful payment the card is saved, and an Auto top-up switch appears on the wallet page.

With it on, the platform tops the balance up from the saved card as soon as funds run low. By default that means: the balance falls below $5, we charge $25.

Three settings sit next to the switch:

SettingWhat it does
Top up when belowThe threshold that triggers a top-up
Top-up amountHow much to charge at a time
Monthly capThe ceiling for the month; an empty field means "no cap"

Auto top-up matters where stopping halfway is expensive: a generation in progress, a running advertising campaign, an auto-responder answering your clients. The same switch turns it off at any time.

Automatic Charges

If you have an active subscription, the plan cost is automatically charged from your wallet balance upon renewal. Make sure your balance is sufficient before the subscription renewal date.

You can check the renewal date on the plans and pricing page.

Common questions

How can I top up the balance?

With a Visa or Mastercard bank card. The money usually lands within seconds of the payment being confirmed.

The payment failed - was I charged?

No. A failed top-up does not charge the card, and you can try again at any time.

How does auto top-up work?

After the first successful payment the card is saved and an Auto top-up switch appears. You set the threshold, the amount per top-up and a monthly cap. By default: when the balance drops below $5, $25 is charged.

Can I turn auto top-up off?

Yes, with the same switch on the wallet page, at any time.

Is the subscription charged automatically?

Yes. The cost of an active plan is taken from the wallet balance on renewal, so the balance has to cover it by the renewal date.
