What this is
The home screen is a desk, not a shop window. Instead of static section tiles it shows what needs attention today: events on your properties and clients, changes in the market, and offers to take a property on.
The page has three parts:
| Part | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Today | on the left: urgent matters — leads waiting for an answer and overdue deadlines |
| Feed | in the middle: events, with tabs by type |
| Pulse | on the right: your figures for seven days |
At the top sit the quick actions: add a property, publish to social media, advertising, CRM, messenger. Below them are your latest properties with their statuses.
The feed and its tabs
The tabs above the feed sort events by type:
- All — everything together, in the order it arrived;
- Opportunity — properties and clients GREM offers you to work on;
- Clients — events on your leads;
- My properties — what is happening with your listings;
- Market — new properties, price changes and closed deals in your city; sale and rent can be told apart here as well;
- Work — results from the tools: finished texts, videos, valuations.
The feed covers the last two weeks. When the events run out, a hint appears at the bottom suggesting where to go next.
Opportunities
An opportunity is an offer to take on a property or a client. The card shows the essentials: what it is, where, what you will earn and how long you have to decide.
The reward is written on the card: a percentage on the deal, and for properties under a mandate — your share alongside the seller's full commission. When there is no reward, the card says so.
Read the card
Besides the offer itself you can see why it reached you: a matching city, a matching budget, a fresh request, a hot client.
Choose an action
Take it — the offer is assigned to you and the property or lead appears in your work. Later — the card comes back another time. Not mine — it leaves and goes to someone else.
Do not sit on it
Every offer has a deadline; the card says when it expires. After that other specialists see it.
By taking a property from the GREM network you undertake to contact the owner within 60 minutes, to keep the listing up to date and to report every viewing. If no contact is recorded within 24 hours, or the owner reports no activity for 14 days, the property may be reassigned to another specialist. More on this: Opportunities and the GREM network.
«Today»
The left column gathers what is burning: leads you have not answered yet and deadlines that have passed. Each line is a name and a waiting time. If nothing is urgent, the column says as much: the day is yours.
«Pulse»
The right column holds your figures for the last seven days:
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Views | how many times your properties were looked at; next to it, the change against last week |
| Client events | activity on your leads |
| Leads waiting | how many clients are waiting for an answer |
| Properties in progress | how many listings you are running right now |
| Your rating | the profile score GREM uses when picking opportunities for you |
The role changes the feed
In the header, next to the name of the workspace, sits the I work as list: agent, investor, buyer. The role changes what reaches the feed: an agent gets clients and properties to work on, an investor gets the market and yields, a buyer gets search and their own requests.
The role can be switched at any time and nothing is lost: properties, clients and history stay where they are.
If the feed is empty
An empty feed is not a fault but the state of a newcomer: nothing has happened yet. In that case the page suggests where to start — add a property, complete your profile or look at the market. As soon as the first event arrives, it takes the place of the hint.
