In September the cabinet and the mobile app started opening with a feed instead of a showcase of sections, and the offers GREM makes to specialists got a screen of their own.
This note was corrected on 21 September. Offers are no longer decided in the feed, and the separate mandates section has been replaced by network mode on the commission split agreement.
The home feed
- Today - leads waiting for a reply with the time on the clock, viewings and calls for the day, overdue tasks.
- Clients - new requests, messages, missed contacts.
- My listings - views, favourites, price and status changes.
- Market - price drops, new listings and closed deals in your city.
The order depends on the role you are working as: I work as in the header switches between broker, agency, seller, developer, investor and buyer. Menus and tabs follow the role too.
The feed no longer carries the offer cards. It keeps one line that points at the Opportunities screen.
Opportunities have a screen of their own
The screen has two tabs: a deck, where you decide on one card at a time, and a list of all offers with filters. Nothing is accepted before you have seen the cooperation terms - what the offer is, what you get, what you undertake and the fee - and the acceptance records the version of the terms you agreed to.
After you accept a client you undertake to make contact within 60 minutes and to keep the status in the CRM up to date. If no contact is recorded within 24 hours, the lead returns to the pool.

The network lives on the agreement
There is no separate mandates section any more. Network mode is a property of the commission split agreement: the owner switches it on from the agreement with a click-wrap consent, a seller signs a short addendum on top of that, and it can be switched off at any time. The commission written in the agreement does not change, and the owner pays nothing extra. Rentals are not in the network yet.
A broker can still confirm their own authority over a listing with a document or a permit number and earn the Authority confirmed badge. That is a separate thing from network mode.

Where the badges come from
Listings are grouped by the physical property. A listing confirmed by the owner gets the «confirmed by the owner» badge; a listing whose broker has confirmed their authority gets «Authority confirmed». Duplicates of the same property are shown as «N more offers» on one card.
Privacy
Contact details of a client are shown only after you accept the offer. Buyers from public forms explicitly agree that their contact is passed to a specialist and that a GREM AI assistant may ask clarifying questions; the assistant always introduces itself as an assistant.
