Work From Anywhere
The GREM Capital mobile app lets you carry your real estate workspace in your pocket. It is available for both Android and iOS, and it syncs with the same account you use in the web cabinet.

You can also open these links right from your phone, and the store app will take you straight to the install page.
Sign In or Register
If you already have an account, just sign in with the same email or social account you use on the web. Your data is shared across the app and the web cabinet.
If you are new:
- On Android, you can register by email or use social sign-in (Google).
- On iOS, new users sign up with Apple or Google sign-in.
The app uses the same account as the web cabinet. Whatever you do on your phone, like saving a favorite or replying to a message, shows up on the web too.
What You Can Do in the App
The mobile app covers most of what you use day to day:
- Browse the catalog of properties, complexes, and rentals, with a map and the ability to draw your own search area right on the map
- Favorites that stay in sync with your account across all devices
- AI tools, including an AI chat assistant, a content generator, photo enhancement, document preparation, and more
- CRM board to track your leads and move them through your sales stages
- Contracts with electronic signature, so you can sign deals from your phone
- Messenger with calls, to talk to clients and partners directly
- Wallet and subscriptions, to manage your balance and your plan
- Push notifications, so you never miss a message, lead, or important update
- Profile with two-factor authentication for extra account security
Notifications
Push notifications keep you up to date in real time. When you first open the app, allow notifications so you receive alerts about new messages, leads, and other activity even when the app is closed. You can adjust your notification preferences in the app settings at any time.
If you are not receiving notifications, check that they are enabled both in the app settings and in your phone's system settings.
What Is Different From the Web Cabinet
The mobile app is built for working on the go and covers the features you need most often. A few advanced tools are available only in the web cabinet. When you need one of those, open the cabinet in your browser. Your account, listings, and conversations are the same in both places.
