What it is

Publisher posts your listing to several channels at once: social networks and classified boards. You prepare the post once, pick the channels, and publish now or on a schedule.

Publisher is available in the cabinet (web), under Tools.

Channels

Social networks (connect your account)

  • TikTok - video only.
  • Instagram - photo, video, carousel.
  • Facebook - photo, video, multi-photo; supports scheduled posting.
  • Telegram - photo, video, carousel (connected via a bot).

Classified boards

OLX, Lun, Rieltor, Flatfy - photo posting. Whether a given board is available depends on the listing's country.

Each channel has its own daily posting limits and its own media requirements (size, video length). If a channel is temporarily unavailable in your country, it simply does not appear.

How to publish a listing

Open Publisher

Go to the cabinet, Tools > Publisher.

Connect channels

Connect the social networks you need (log in with your account) or Telegram. You connect once - after that the channel is available for all posts.

Pick a listing and compose the post

Choose a listing, add text, photos, or video. You can use a ready-made template (see below).

Publish now or schedule

Publish right away, or set a date and time so the post goes out automatically on schedule.

Listing lifecycle templates

To avoid writing text every time, use ready-made templates per event:

  • Just listed
  • Open house
  • Price drop
  • Under contract
  • Just sold

Listing data is filled in automatically: name, address, price, currency, description. You can also create your own templates.

Video from photos

Publisher can build a short video from a listing's photos (9:16 or 1:1 formats) - handy for TikTok, Reels, and Stories.

Post review

You can send a post for approval to a colleague or the listing owner via a link - they open it without an account, leave a comment, and approve or reject the post.

  • Analytics - a 24-hour overview: how many posts went out, how many are in progress, how many failed.
  • Short links with click counts.
  • Link-in-bio page with your listings and a lead capture form.

Billing

Every post is charged from your GREM wallet balance. Make sure your balance has enough funds. More details: pricing plans.

Tips

  • Prepare the listing description in advance - you can generate the text quickly in the Content Generator.
  • For long-term promotion, plan posts ahead using the schedule.
  • Check the channel's daily limit: if it is used up, a "now" post will have to be rescheduled.
