Why this report exists
The "has a plan" tick turns green in two cases: when the slot really holds a floor plan, and when somebody dropped anything at all into it. This report takes that apart - what actually sits in the floor plan slot of each agency listing.
The section is Agency > Floor plan quality. At the top are filters by listing type and status, plus the time the data was collected.
Four buckets

| Usable plan | At least one file in the slot is a real 2D or 3D floor plan |
| Junk in slot | The slot is filled, but none of the checked files is a floor plan |
| No plan at all | The slot is empty, or it points at files that no longer exist |
| Not checked yet | These files have not been judged yet |
The buckets are mutually exclusive. The last one deliberately never counts as junk: it is a state of the report, not a defect of the listing.
When more than a fifth of the listings are unchecked, the report itself warns that it is too early to draw conclusions. Read the figures as a lower bound: there may be more junk than shown.
Three rates
Under the buckets sit three percentages that are worth comparing month to month:
- Usable plan - the share of listings with a real plan.
- Slot filled - the share with anything at all in the slot.
- Junk in slot - the share where that anything is the wrong thing.
The gap between the second and the first is exactly the problem this report exists for.
The report's sections
- Listing distribution - how many listings fall into each bucket.
- What the junk is made of - which files were rejected: a site plan, an elevation, a photo, a render, a presentation cover.
- By listing type - the same split shown separately for new developments, resale and rentals.
- Files in plan slots - the count by file rather than by listing.
Worth fixing
The last block is a working list. It opens on the "Needs fixing" bucket: listings with junk in the slot and listings with no plan at all. You can switch it to any other bucket, sort worst first, and jump to the listing with the Fix button.
Fix the junk before the empty slots. An empty slot is honest: the client sees there is no plan. Junk pretends to be a plan - someone clicks "floor plan" and gets an elevation.
