What a collection is
A collection is a short list of properties for one conversation with a client. Sales listings, rentals and complexes go into it side by side, and the client receives a single link instead of a dozen separate ones and a spreadsheet in a messenger. The link opens without signing in to the cabinet.
The section lives in the cabinet under Real Estate > Collections.
A collection references your listings rather than copying them. Change the price on the property card and the client sees the new one inside the collection.
Three types of collection
You pick the type when you create the collection, and it decides who can open the link.
| Type | What it is for | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| For a buyer | A private shortlist for one specific client | Only whoever you gave the link to |
| Public showcase | A page for marketing and paid traffic | Anyone; the page is open to search engines |
| My portfolio | A personal showcase of your best deals | Anyone; reachable from your community profile |
Creating a collection
Press New collection
The button is on the Real Estate > Collections page. If you have no collections yet, the empty screen offers Create your first collection.
Name it and pick the type
The name is what the client sees: "Family villas in Dubai" reads better than "Collection 3". The type changes who can open the link, so choose it right away.
Add the audience if you want
The client's name, email and a short brief are your own working fields: they keep collections apart once you have dozens. The client never sees them.
Fill it with properties
Inside the collection there is an Add property button. The second route is handier: every property, rental and complex card has an Add to collection action, and a new collection can be created right there without leaving the card.
Inside a collection
A collection page has three tabs:
- Items - the list itself. The order can be changed, and anything unwanted goes away with Remove from collection.
- Activity - who added, removed or commented on what, and when.
- Access - collaborators and invitations, covered in Sharing a collection.
The client only sees the items tab. Activity and the list of collaborators stay with you.
How many collections your plan allows
| Plan | Collections | Items per collection |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 20 |
| Start | 25 | 50 |
| Pro | 100 | 100 |
| Max | 1000 | 500 |
| Pay-as-you-go | 1000 | 500 |
When the limit is reached, new collections stop being created and old ones are never deleted for you: remove what you no longer need, or move to a larger plan.
Turning a collection into a page
A collection can become a full landing page: the site generator builds one page for the whole shortlist, with its own address and description. It is a paid action - $5, and refreshing the description later costs $0.50 (free the first time within 24 hours).
Deleting
Deleting a collection does not touch the properties: they stay in your catalogue. What disappears is the list itself, its discussion and the link - including the one you already sent to the client.
