What it is
The market feed gathers events on platform listings in the country and city you choose: price drops of 3 % or more, new listings, and closed deals - properties sold or rented out. It is a way to keep an eye on your market without opening the catalog every day.

CRM > Market feed in the cabinet side menu.
Which events appear in the feed
| Event | What it means |
|---|---|
| Price drop | the listing price went down by at least 3 % |
| New listing | a listing was published in the catalog |
| Sold | a sale was closed |
| Rented | the property was rented out |
Deal prices are shown to verified brokers. Everyone else sees the label "Price for verified brokers" instead of the amount.
Filters
- Country (ISO) - the two-letter country code, for example UA or DE
- City
- Type - "Sale and rent", "Sale" or "Rent"
- Days - 7, 30 or 90, 30 by default
If there are no events for the chosen filters, the feed says so.
Daily digest by email
Switch on Daily digest by email and a selection of events for the current filters arrives once a day at 08:30. Days without events are skipped, so there are no empty emails. The same switch turns the digest off.
Set the filters to your working market before switching on the digest: the email is built from exactly those filters.
