What it is
The Site Generator builds a standalone page for your property. The page carries a photo gallery, the description, your contacts and an enquiry form, and you can point several different links at it - each link shows separately how many people opened the page and how many left an enquiry.
A site can be built for a single property or for a whole collection shown as one public page.
What it does

Creating a site
- Go to AI Tools > Website Generator
- Choose the Single object or Collection tab
- In Site name, type whatever helps you recognise it. Only you see this name
- Pick a property from your catalog, or pick a collection
- Set an accent color and decide whether to show your phone, if you want to
- Click Create site
The link appears in the table below straight away. Share it with clients, post it on social media or print it as a QR code.
Site settings
Everything you set at creation can be changed later. Click Settings in the row of the site you need:
- Site accent color - "GREM gold (default)" or your own color in #RRGGBB format
- Cover - the photo from the property gallery that visitors see first
- Show my phone on the site - adds "Call" and WhatsApp buttons for visitors. Off by default
- Site is published - switch it off and the page stops opening for everyone, search engines included
- Title for search engines - up to 60 characters. Left empty, the property name is used
- Description for search engines - up to 160 characters. Left empty, the property description is used
The phone is off by default on purpose: you decide which site lets people call you directly and which one keeps them to the form.
Links and statistics
Every site you create lives in the Created links table:

The Contacts column appears once the phone is shown on at least one site and has been clicked.
Each row has its own actions:
- Copy - put the link on your clipboard
- QR - open the QR code for the link and save it as a file. The file is named after the link
- Reset - zero the visit and lead counters for this link
- Delete - the link stops working and its statistics are gone
Resetting statistics and deleting a link cannot be undone. If you delete the last link of a site, the page itself stays reachable at its direct address - to take it down, switch off Site is published in the settings.
Several links to one site are useful for separating channels: one link in the listing, another on social media, a third on your business card. Each is counted separately, so you can see which channel brings enquiries.
Collection showcase
On the Collection tab the site is built not for one property but for a set: a single public page with every property in the collection.
The title and description of that showcase are written by AI from the contents of the collection. If the collection has changed, click Refresh description and the text is written again. This is free within the first 24 hours after creation, after that a refresh is charged.
Enquiries from the site
Every page carries an enquiry form. A visitor leaves a name and a phone number or email, and the contact reaches your leads section together with the tag of the link they came from. The form is protected against spam.
Check your leads section regularly: an enquiry from a site is no different from any other lead and goes into the same pipeline.
