Branding and the brand page

This tab is where the agency's public face is assembled: logo, banner, brand colour, a link to your website, specialisations, and the languages your team speaks with clients.

Two blocks here control the brand page itself:

  • Public agents - who from the team appears on the page. Pick nobody and every active member is shown.
  • Featured listings - up to 20 listings for the page's hero carousel. You choose the set and the order by hand.

Licences and the Verified badge

Licences are added one per country. A new licence goes through review, and only an approved one earns the Verified Agency badge on the brand page.

Uploading the file on its own does not grant the badge - the platform has to approve it.

Commission schemes

The Commission tab has three parts:

  • Split schemes - what share of the commission the agent keeps; the rest goes to the agency, and the agency's share is calculated automatically. A scheme can be marked as the default.
  • Assignments - which scheme applies to each member. You can also set an individual agent percentage on top of the scheme here.
  • Splits - the history of actual splits for a period, filtered by agent, with an XLSX export.

Without a scheme the payout report has nothing to calculate from.

Domains

Connect your own domain and the brand page and the agency's listings open on it. The certificate is issued automatically.

Where brand page enquiries go

An enquiry from the form on the agency's public page arrives in the agency and is distributed by your lead routing rule rather than landing personally with the owner. Only a signed-in user can leave one, and not a member of that same agency.

The activity log

A feed of agency events: listings transferred, leads assigned and returned to the pool, members invited. It can be filtered by action type.
