What this section is
Real Estate > Portals hands your listings to specialised property portals without re-uploading anything by hand. You give the portal a permanent feed address once, and from then on it pulls the current list itself: new listings, price changes, listings taken down.
This is not social publishing: there is no post, no schedule and no payment for placement here. You agree the placement terms with the portal directly.
Three feeds are supported:

The order matters
Switch at least one listing on for the portal first, and only then copy the feed address. Until something is switched on, the portal card shows "No listings enabled for this portal yet" instead of a link.
Switch listings on
In the "Syndicated listings" table each row is one of your listings and each column is a portal. The toggle in the cell decides whether that listing goes into that feed.
Copy the feed address
The portal card then shows the address and a copy button. The counter next to it tells you how many listings are currently in the feed.
Give the address to the portal
The setup happens on the portal's side, once. The address is permanent: it does not change when you add or remove listings.
The same toggle on the property card
A listing can be switched on for a portal outside the table too: the property card itself has a Property portals block with the same toggles. The one difference is that feed addresses live only in the Portals section.
Worth knowing
- The portal pulls the feed on its own schedule. A listing appears on their site not at the moment you switch it on, but after the next pull - which can be hours away.
- Only published listings go into a feed. A draft or an unpublished listing will not be syndicated even with the toggle on.
- The "in feed" counter on the portal card is the quickest way to confirm you enabled what you meant to.
