What this table is
Buyer demand is a summary of the platform's requests: where and for what type of property there is demand right now, what those buyers can spend on average, and how many of them are looking for exactly that.
The page answers the question "what is worth sourcing", not "who should I call".
The section has no menu item yet - it opens at the direct address /demand in the cabinet.
What a row holds

| Avg. budget | What they are ready to pay on average; it can be a range, or a dash when no budget was given |
How to read it
The count and the budget are read together. Twenty buyers with a budget below your listings are not your queue; three buyers with a budget above your usual range are a reason to go and source that particular property.
An empty table means there is no data yet, not that there is no demand.
A row is an aggregate, not a person. There are no buyers' personal details here. To reach a specific buyer, open Smart requests and answer the request itself.
