What Is the Public Marketplace
The public marketplace, also called the Guest Site, lives at home.grem.capital. It is the open part of GREM Capital where anyone can browse real estate without an account. Buyers and visitors use the marketplace to find properties, while specialists do their work in the cabinet. The two sites work together as one platform.
You do not need to sign up to explore the marketplace. An account is only required when you want to contact a seller or keep your favorites permanently.
Searching as a Visitor
The marketplace is built around finding the right property quickly:
- Search and filter listings for sale, rentals, and complexes
- Map view that shows where listings are located
- Draw a search by outlining an area directly on the map, so you only see results inside the zone you care about
- Location pages organized by country, city, and district, which make it easy to explore a specific area
You can switch between 8 interface languages and change the currency, so prices show in the units that make sense for you.
Property Detail Pages
Open any listing to see its full detail page. Besides the photos and description, each page helps you keep exploring:
- Similar listings that match what you are looking at
- Recently viewed properties, so you can quickly return to ones you liked
Saving Favorites as a Guest
You can save favorites even before you sign in. As a guest, your saved properties are kept for you, and the moment you sign in or create an account, they move over to your account automatically. Nothing is lost.
Save a few favorites while you browse. When you sign in later, they will all be waiting in your account. For more, see the favorites overview.
Contacting an Agent or Seller
When you find a property you like, you can contact the agent or seller right from the listing.
Contacting a specialist creates a free account for you. This is what allows the agent to reply to you and keep the conversation in one place. It takes just a moment and unlocks your favorites and messages on any device.
How the Marketplace Connects to the Cabinet
The marketplace and the cabinet are two sides of the same platform:
- The public marketplace is for buyers and visitors who want to find real estate
- The cabinet is where specialists list properties, manage leads, and run their work
When a visitor contacts a seller or signs in, their guest activity, including favorites, carries over into their account. From there they can keep browsing on the marketplace or move into the cabinet for the full set of tools.
